What truly left a lasting impression was the staff's exceptional hospitality; when I accidentally left behind some jewelry, the team promptly returned it to me, showcasing their commitment to guest care. The tranquil atmosphere of the property, merely a minute's walk to the breathtaking Palolem beach, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. I was equally impressed by the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant, and I must commend Praveen for his courteous and attentive service throughout my meals.
